We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a high-performing team, where you will be instrumental in shaping and executing cutting-edge advertising solutions. You will be a key player in building, executing, and managing omnichannel ad campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and fostering strong client relationships.

** Please note: This role is hybrid requiring 3 days onsite in Hoboken, NJ **

**What you'll do:**

* Develop strategic plans and execute managed-service and self-service campaigns, acting as a consultative expert to clients.

* Collaborate with sales and account teams to craft strategic, data-driven media proposals aligned with client objectives.

* Lead external advertiser and agency calls, demonstrating expertise in media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign stewardship.

* Deeply understand and apply various media types, including paid search, programmatic display, direct digital sponsorships, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and experiential in-store tactics.

* Regularly communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

* Adhere to internal SLAs and QA processes, ensuring seamless campaign launches and high-quality client experiences.

* Confidently present strategic upsell recommendations to drive incremental revenue, demonstrating strong executive presence.

* Partner cross-functionally to traffic campaigns effectively across various ad technology platforms.

* Troubleshoot and promptly resolve campaign issues, ensuring optimal campaign performance.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related area.

* 3+ years of experience managing or consulting on digital media campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic channels.

* Deep understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) and media math for optimization.

* Proven client-facing experience, including proactive risk identification and solution development.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.

* Strong project management capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple priorities effectively.

* High comfort navigating rapidly evolving environments and ambiguous situations.

* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, Power BI.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

* Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, including knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.

* Proven track record of influencing advertiser investments in media strategies.
