We are seeking an exceptional Creative Producer to join a vibrant internal agency for a high-impact, short-term assignment. This is an incredible opportunity to immediately contribute to integrated brand and marketing campaigns that span film, photo, digital, social, out-of-home (OOH), and emerging platforms. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a deep understanding of the production lifecycle, and are ready to drive creative excellence from day one, you will play a crucial role in bringing compelling stories to life and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This assignment, approximately 6-7 weeks, requires a self-starter who can quickly integrate and lead projects independently.

TITLE: Creative Producer

LOCATION: Remote

HOURS: Full-time

DURATION: 6-7 weeks

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead end-to-end production for diverse video and photo projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.

* Collaborate strategically with creative, marketing, and legal teams, as well as external vendors, to translate visionary concepts into actionable production plans.

* Develop comprehensive scopes, budgets, and timelines, meticulously managing requests for proposals (RFPs), crew assignments, and multi-platform delivery.

* Contribute to pitch development and production strategy, offering expert guidance and innovative solutions.

* Uphold brand integrity and storytelling alignment throughout every stage of project execution.

* Operate with confidence and agility in dynamic, high-visibility production environments and on set.

* Independently manage day-to-day projects, ensuring creative milestones are met and deadlines are consistently achieved.

* Act as a pivotal liaison with external production companies, driving progress and maintaining strong partnerships.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of experience in agency and/or integrated production environments.

* A proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel campaigns from inception to completion.

* Exceptional vendor management and robust budget oversight skills.

* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of fostering strong collaborative relationships.

* Comfortable working independently while seamlessly integrating into internal teams.

* Demonstrated ability to balance creative ambition with operational rigor and efficiency.

* Willingness to travel as needed for production requirements.

* Deep understanding of the end-to-end production lifecycle, including editing processes and general project timelines.

* Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).

* A compelling portfolio or links to past projects and campaigns demonstrating your production expertise.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with lifestyle storytelling.

* Prior experience with a technology company.

* Experience with Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, and/or Figma.
