Summary:
The Medical Education Program Manager supports Residency and Fellowships by coordinating daily program operations, ensuring smooth planning, accreditation readiness, and seamless execution of educational activities. This role plays a key part in shaping a highquality training environment for residents/ fellows preparing to serve in the communities. The manager collaborates closely with faculty, residents, hospital leaders, and the program directorto maintain program excellence, manage complex information and reporting needs, and support the mission.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting or comparable relevant work experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting required. Experience with reporting and complex management of detailed information and data preferred. Budget experience preferred.
