Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operation of executive functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Books travel
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines
  • Support event planning, including leadership meetings, off-sites, and company events
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or executives
  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
target salary range $ 60-70k
