ASAP Job Description: The main tasks performed would be refurbishment of client owned IT equipment. That includes running diagnostic software, drive wiping software, and doing a visual inspection to ensure it meets the client's cosmetic standards. You would also be required to clean each device before packaging it. Completes all required documentation using our software tools, including a quality assurance sheet to ensure customer guidelines are met. Complies with departmental training certification requirements. Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures. Works with Lead Technicians on difficult to solve problems. Position requires you to be on your feet all day and is a high production environment. The ability to lift 50 pounds. Requires Entry level - 3 years' experience.
