Your Opportunity at the Coordinator, Facilities Support theoperation andmaintenance of our Orrville Corporate campus.As a member ofthe Orrville-based Corporate Facilities, have the opportunity to flow to the work andaddress operation and maintenance needswitha dynamic andcollaborative team structure. Location: Orrville, OH Work Arrangements: Onsite 100% In this role you will: Office and workstation moves and repairs Provide coordination for maintenance requests Support for special events & meetings Set up tables, chairs, stages, podiums Box truck (parcel and light freight) delivery across campus Support Groundskeeping and Mailroom functions as needed What we are looking for: Minimum requirements: Highschool diplomaor equivalent Basic understanding ofconstruction tradesand disciplines Valid Ohio Driver's License StrongCapabilitieswith Microsoft tools and applications Experience coordinatingwith third partycontractors Strong senseof cooperation and collaboration in a team environment Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 70 pounds Ability to spend majority of the day on your feet Ability to work under pressure,multi-task,communicate clearlyand meet deadlines Sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensuretimelyresolution TheRight Placefor You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
