Duties:
*
Perform implementation consulting activities and oversee a team of up to 4 consultants.
*
Lead cross-departmental discussions to review, analyze, and document customer's current business processes as well as their requirements for the new PLM for Process (Optiva) solution.
*
Lead design sessions to address gaps between customers' requirements and Optiva's current capabilities, and provide suggestions to automate, improve, or add new functionality to existing systems and processes.
*
Design the overall Optiva solution to satisfy a customer's unique requirements.
*
Configure Optiva and provide guidance to other Optiva functional and technical consultants that will contribute to the solution configuration. That ensures a solution aligned with the design.
*
Alert the Infor Project Manager of any technical, functional project issues that could impact the project Schedule, Scope or Budget.
*
Ensure whatever unique Test scripts are required have been designed, are comprehensive, and have been properly executed.
*
Ensure whatever unique documentation the functional and technical team have generated to allow the customer to maintain the system is complete and comprehensive.
*
Ensure the Training plan has is comprehensive and has been adequately delivered.
*
Ensure the Support team understands the unique components of the configuration and is prepared to support the customer.
*
Support the professional growth of team members by providing constructive feedback and offering coaching where needed
*
Monitor team members service delivery processes to ensure conformity with company standards.
*
Ensure team members are aware of, and staying current with, changes to the product software.
*
Facilitate consultant's progress on MBOs and peer reviews.
*
Champion the Infor corporate guiding principles.
100% telecommuting permitted.
Various Unanticipated Worksites. Domestic (U.S.) travel required up to 50%.
Requirements:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Team Lead, Consulting -related occupation. Position requires experience in the following:

Demonstrable experience in Business Process Analysis including analyzing customer's existing New Product Development (NPD) applications and processes and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), NPD domain knowledge including manufacturers of Consumer Packaged Goods in the Food & Beverage industry, and comprehensive reference libraries.
*
Demonstrable experience in Business Process Design including using Process Modelers to design configurations that deviate baseline configuration, and utilizing tools to analyze, optimize, and manage business processes for efficiency and compliance.
*
Demonstrable experience with PLM implementation including Document Management applications, user identity management, access control, analytics, extensibility, user experience and security across workflow.
*
Demonstrable experience with Software Development Lifecycle Management including managing the development and maintenance of the VB.Net, HTML and SQL scripts and components used to configure the solutions.
*
Demonstrable experience with Application Integration including design and configuration, using APIs and/or XML files.
*
Demonstrable experience with Moderate Project Management and Support the Project Manager and Delivery Executive by recommending the appropriate Work Breakdown Structure activities for the project, and using the commercial applications Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Certinia project management applications.
Demonstrable experience leading and mentoring a team of up to 4 consultants to ensure they remain productive, motivated, and aligned with project goals and organizational values.
Rate of Pay:
$141,336 per year
