As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a premier retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, guests, and staff. This role blends routine patrols with strong customer service, communication, and teamwork, reflecting a caring culture built on reliability, agility, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe pedestrian activity, and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts.
• Support a welcoming environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through a visible presence and professional interaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
