Java/SSIS Developer W2 ONLY - NO C2C Hybrid in Charlotte, NC Our client is seeking a hands-on SSIS and Java Spring Boot Developer. This is a true development role, supporting ongoing stability, enhancement, and analysis initiatives across enterprise systems. This role requires someone who is strong in both SSIS and Java/Spring Boot, with the ability to actively build, enhance, and support integrations and services in a production environment. Note: This role is not SRE, DevOps, or operations-focused. Candidates must have strong development experience. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and support SSIS packages and workflows for data integration and batch processing * Build and maintain Java Spring Boot services supporting enterprise applications * Analyze, debug, and enhance existing SSIS and Java-based solutions to improve stability and performance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, design, and implementation * Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices * Support production environments as needed from a developer perspective Required Skills * Strong SSIS experience * Building, maintaining, and supporting SSIS workflows and integrations * Working with SQL Server-based data pipelines and batch processes * Strong Java development experience * Hands-on experience with Spring Boot * Building and maintaining backend services and APIs * Ability to operate as a true developer * Writing, debugging, and enhancing code * Comfortable working in complex, legacy + modern environments Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
