We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Assistant. In this position, you will provide technical support for the Pathologists' clinical activities. This is an exciting opportunity for those seeking to grow their professional careers in pathology.

MRI Technologist - MSK Monmouth, NJ ($10,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Exciting opportunity at MSK:MSK Monmouth is seeking a skilled and motivatedMRI Technologistto join our Radiology team in our freestanding outpatient facility!

In this role, you will perform highquality MRI imaging in support of MSK's mission to end cancer for life. You will work with cuttingedge technology, collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams, and provide compassionate care to patients across the cancer care continuum. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced MRI technologist who thrives in a fastpaced environment and values clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Role Overview:

  • Review requisitions, consents, and order entry orders to verify the accuracy of corresponding specimens, and enter required data into the computer

  • Prepare and triage specimens for testing or send out to another laboratory for testing using the laboratory computer system

  • Clear and prompt communication with ordering genetic counselor, clinical teams, lab technologists, and attendings

  • Extraction and transcription patient and familial cancer history

  • Maintain a complete, accurate, and organized file system, requisitions, and reference laboratories' results according to laboratory guidelines

  • Contribute to the upkeep and safety of the laboratory and assure a clean, safe, adequately supplied work area

Key Qualifications:

  • MLA I 0-2 years experience in a clinical laboratory as a Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Assistant or related job.

  • MLA II 2-4 years experience in a clinical laboratory as a Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Assistant or related job.

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Schedule: Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm
