Overview Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Mortality Review Program, ensuring effective coordination of system-wide mortality review processes that support patient safety, quality improvement, and organizational learning. This role oversees program operations, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement across multiple hospitals and clinical units. Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications Education Work requires communication, analytical, and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. Preferred degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or related field. (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience
