We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying and securing top sales talent. In this role, you won't just fill requisitions; you'll be a strategic partner, directly influencing the growth and success of our sales teams. You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial strategy to successful onboarding, ensuring that every hire contributes significantly to our mission and market leadership. Your expertise will be crucial in attracting individuals who will drive our business forward and uphold our commitment to quality and service.

**What You Will Do**

* Lead full lifecycle recruiting for critical sales positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.

* Collaborate strategically with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities for each search.

* Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to current market conditions and organizational needs.

* Evaluate, screen, and assess candidates against defined competencies and role requirements to ensure a strong fit.

* Proactively identify and engage sales talent using various sourcing channels, including professional networking platforms, job boards, direct outreach, and referrals.

* Partner with dedicated sourcing teams to maintain robust talent pipelines and ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

* Articulate the organization's compelling value proposition to candidates, highlighting our mission, culture, and career opportunities.

* Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering expert guidance on talent availability, candidate quality, and hiring decisions.

* Support interview processes by coordinating scheduling and pre-employment steps.

* Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system.

* Contribute to offer development and facilitate offer discussions in line with internal guidelines.

* Provide valuable insights on recruiting trends, market conditions, and opportunities to enhance hiring efficiency and outcomes.

* Adhere to all security requirements and ethical guidelines.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

***MUST HAVE SALES RECRUITING BACKGROUND***

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 1 to 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with specific and direct experience recruiting for Sales roles.

* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in using professional networking platforms and job boards to proactively identify and engage talent.

* Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to partner effectively with leaders through the Director level.

* Working knowledge of employment and labor laws relevant to interviewing, selection, and hiring practices.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
