About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Do you enjoy a blend of strategy and operational execution? The Sales Programs team for the PACE OU (Products, Auto, Consumer, and Energy) is looking for a Senior Analyst who thinks like a strategist and executes like a program leader. In this high-impact role you will turn data-driven insights into actionable programs that help our sales teams beat their targets.
You will act as a trusted advisor to PACE sales leadership, using analytics to identify areas of opportunity and design programs that drive business impact. Your focus will be the full pipeline lifecycle: from top of funnel generation to accelerating Create & Close motions to driving consumption and improving AE productivity. If you can find the signal in the noise, turn data insights into actionable programs and articulate a compelling impact narrative, you belong here.

Impact: Your Responsibilities

  • Data Storytelling and Strategy: You don't just build reports; you extract the "so what." You will analyze PACE pipeline health to identify performance gaps and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • AI-Powered Personalization at Scale: Support the implementation of highly personalized programs at scale using AI to help AEs beat NNAOV targets. Optimize account & persona targeting, customize outreach sequences, and deliver tailored sales & customer success activation experiences that drive higher conversion rates across diverse PACE industry segments.
  • NNAOV & Consumption. Facilitate the delivery of programs to drive successful NNAOV and Consumption outcomes.
  • Create and Close: Develop and track specialized programs for short-cycle deals. You will analyze what makes a successful 90-day deal and scale those tactics across the OU.
  • GTM Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing, BDR, Strategy, and Enablement to build closed loop programs backed by rigorous data and aligned with industry-specific market opportunities.
  • Scalable Infrastructure: Architect and maintain Salesforce Lightning reports and dashboards, Google Sheets, Tableau and SQL assets that allow sales managers to track program ROI and AE participation in real-time.
  • Executive Presence: Facilitate Quarterly Planning, engage with sales leaders, and facilitate program launches, projecting confidence while delivering data-backed insights to VP-level leadership.
The Profile We're Looking For

Required Skills:

  • Program / Project Management: Highly organized, proactive project management capabilities. Strong "Get It Done" mindset and track record.
  • Strategic Narrative: Proven ability to create executive presentations (Google Slides) that simplify complex info into digestible insights.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to handle ambiguity and problem-solve using a structured, logical approach.
  • Analytical Powerhouse: Experience in a highly analytical role such as Programs, Strategy, Management Consulting, or Operations.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to objectively and systematically analyze information, ideas or situations to form well reasoned judgements. Employ logical reasoning, evidence based root cause analysis and sound judgement to evaluate complex problems and patterns to produce well-grounded recommendations.
  • CRM Expertise: Deep experience with the Salesforce.com platform, specifically advanced reporting, dashboarding, and understanding the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

  • Structured Thinking: Proven ability to apply frameworks to decompose complex business challenges into actionable insights and programs.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Google Sheets, Tableau and SQL. You should be able to manipulate large, complex datasets to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Industry Acumen: Familiarity with the macro-trends affecting the PACE industries: Products, Automotive, Consumer Goods, or Energy.
  • Influencing Without Authority: Experience navigating a matrixed organization and building consensus among senior stakeholders to drive impact. Ability to embrace ambiguity and problem solve using a structured, logical approach.
  • AI Literacy: An Agentforce mindset - curiosity about using AI tools to optimize account targeting and sales productivity.
