Position: Valet Supervisor

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr + tips

Location: The Edition - Miami

The ideal candidate should have a background in customer service and valet parking, and being bilingual is a must.

In this role, you will be a key player in the day-to-day management of our parking operations, ensuring we meet contractual guidelines while delivering a professional image and top-tier service to our clients and customers.

Operational Oversight: Assist in managing daily activities at assigned locations, ensuring all operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.

• Client & Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients and participate in programs designed to improve customer satisfaction.

• Facility Maintenance: Support the upkeep of the garage by assisting with equipment repairs and general maintenance tasks (cleanup of debris, oil spills, etc.) as directed.

• Safety & Reporting: Maintain a safe environment by reporting accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager immediately.

• Versatility: Be ready to step in and substitute for any position when necessary to ensure smooth operations.

• Local Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of the facility layout, as well as major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the surrounding area to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). At least one year of related experience or training is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must have previous experience in customer service and in Valet Parking.

• Communication Skills:

  • Oral: Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and provide clarification when needed.

  • Written: Ability to write clearly and informatively, as well as read and interpret written instructions or reports.

• Adaptability & Judgment: Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage delays or unexpected events effectively, and exercise sound, accurate judgment.

• License Requirement: Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.

To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the following physical abilities are required (reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities):

• Mobility: Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

• Lifting: Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Communication: Must be able to talk and hear clearly to assist customers and coordinate with the team.
