SUMMARY

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operational health of the Salesforce platform, ensuring that users have a reliable, accurate, and efficient system. This role ensures that the system runs smoothly, users are supported, and data remains accurate, accessible, and secure. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and highly skilled in providing responsive, effective end user support while maintaining strong data integrity across the platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and security settings
  • Maintain user accounts, profiles/permission sets, roles, and sharing rules to ensure the right level of access
  • Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards, including naming conventions, required fields, validation rules, and duplicate management
  • Perform regular data audits and health checks, providing insights and remediation plans for ongoing improvement
  • Manage and execute data imports using tools such as Data Loader and Import Wizard
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage support tickets, escalating when necessary
  • Create and update dashboards, reports, and list views to support business analytics need
  • Serve as the go to resource for Salesforce-related questions, ensuring high user adoption and data correctness
  • Regular and reliable attendance required
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration or data management experience, with a focus on data integrity
  • 2+ years of experience working in the commercial mortgage industry preferred

  • Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for identifying and correcting data errors accurately
  • Communication and collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce expertise: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its data model, reporting capabilities, and data management tools
  • Analytical skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to analyze system operations, identify root causes of data issues, and recommend data quality improvements
  • Data management: Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently and maintain organized records
  • Business knowledge: Knowledge of commercial real estate and commercial mortgage banking preferred
  • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Reliability: Regular and reliable attendance is required

JOB EXPECTATIONS

This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday during standard business hours. This position is available for a hybrid schedule (Minneapolis, MN office preferred) or remote schedule. Regular and reliable attendance required. Occasional domestic travel is required for this position.

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $65,000 - $85,000.

This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus.

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
