In the role of Lead Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
  • Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Assist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviews
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Prepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contracts
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Work closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams
  • Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed
  • Coordinate with the local area business group project coordinators on project support needs and transmission of key project experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to Project Managers regarding development of project plans (e.g., PMP, QMP, RMP), identifying best practices for their projects when requested.
  • Lead new employee on-boarding for new Project Coordinators to provide awareness of the HDR QMS and its role in our organization.
  • Work with Area Quality Leader to communicate QMS updates to Project Coordinators in your area.
  • Lead semi-regular one-on-one discussions with Project coordinators
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 10 years related experience
  • Must be team-oriented and able to work with a variety of people in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in an Architectural/Engineering firm a plus
  • Preference given to local candidates
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
