Description
The Membership and Advancement Operations Project Manager supports Membership initiatives and Advancement operational excellence by ensuring timely and highquality delivery of membership programs and activities and maintaining effective processes that enhance the member and constituent experience, primarily through the coordination of cross-functional project teams. The Project Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Membership, and partners closely with the Office of Advancement Directors and Assistant Directors as relevant to support continuous productivity and growth across Membership and Advancement operations by facilitating timely project completion, improving workflows, and identifying risks. This role is vital to the implementation of each Institutional Membership/Partnership and other new mechanisms through which to grow our member base and will operationalize and improve our engagement-focused membership model, explore and implement new technology solutions to better serve our constituents, and improve the overall member experience through new programs, systems and procedures. AAAS currently provides the following benefits for this position: paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, flexible spending account, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, retirement benefits, short- and long-term disability, each subject to the terms of the applicable program. Additional benefits may apply.
