Principal Mechanical Engineer
Play an integral role in delivering complex energy, chemicals, and resources projects that shape the future of industry. As a senior technical leader within Worley, you will provide mechanical engineering expertise across the full project lifecycle, guiding critical design decisions, supporting project execution, and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of major capital projects. This role offers the opportunity to influence project outcomes, mentor engineering talent, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and customers on some of the industry's most challenging assignments. Purpose of the role The Principal Mechanical Engineer serves as a recognized technical authority responsible for the leadership, design, specification, and delivery of mechanical systems for EPC projects. This position provides strategic technical guidance for rotating equipment, pressure vessels, and other major mechanical equipment while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, industry standards, customer requirements, and Worley quality expectations. Location Englewood, Colorado This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days per week in the Englewood office. Remote work is not available. You will be responsible for:

Salary Range for Colorado applicants $152,690 - $210,225 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market factors.
