Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate to the location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and conditions that could impact daily operations.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries, helping to support authorized access and established location protocols.
  • Support a clean and professional environment by communicating clearly with staff, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests in a manufacturing and industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.
  • Graduation from a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent is required.
  • A DD214 with honorable discharge or an associate degree or 60 college credits or a police academy certificate or a corrections academy certificate is required.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
