- Support assigned Regional Sales Manager(s) (RSMs) and commercial team throughout the sales process by coordinating internally with sales, estimating, engineering, operations and externally to manage customer communications
- Handle inquiries and issues, striving for quick and efficient resolutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to determine and successfully implement customer-specific solutions
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, strictly adhering to our data management policies
- Find opportunities to improve processes, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
