About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Overview of the Role
Do you enjoy a blend of strategy and operational execution? The Enablement PMO (Project Management Office) team partners directly with Enablement and Sales leadership as a trusted advisor, focused on strategic program planning, readiness optimization, and global execution support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Employee Success.

This is a high-impact role where you will manage the Enablement Roadmap, ensuring our training initiatives are data-driven and effectively "ramping" our sales organization. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead global programs to fruition. Projects range from evaluating the ROI of training programs to building scalable reporting infrastructure that tracks rep competency and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Program Performance Analytics: Define key performance metrics (e.g., Ramp Time, Quota Attainment, Certification Rates), build reports/dashboards to derive insights into enablement health, and present improvement recommendations to leadership.

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Support the Global Enablement PMO in prioritizing initiatives and managing the project lifecycle for major launches (e.g., New Product Playbooks, Agentforce integration, Methodology rollouts).

  • Executive Storytelling: Create executive-level presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and global leadership summits to showcase the impact of Enablement on the bottom line.

  • Operational Excellence: Assist in troubleshooting enablement system issues (LMS, CMS); propose changes to infrastructure and processes to fix root causes and improve the "learner experience."

  • Cross-functional Governance: Manage stakeholders across business functions to ensure alignment on GTM strategy and resource allocation.

  • Knowledge Management: Develop and facilitate practices that enable the sales field to consume, share, and apply information efficiently in the "agentic era."

  • Data Literacy & Modeling: Use data modeling to visually represent enablement requirements and system functionalities, ensuring high attention to detail in all field-facing assets.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical role (e.g., Sales Enablement, PMO, Strategy & Ops, or Business Consulting).

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and Tableau to pull and visualize complex data sets.

  • Project Management expertise: Ability to handle ambiguity and problem-solve using a structured, logical approach (PMP or similar framework knowledge is a plus).

  • Advanced Slide Design: Ability to create high impact, executive facing slideware.

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills: A consistent track record of asking the right questions, structuring sophisticated problems, and developing actionable solutions.

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to translate complex enablement data into easily digestible insights and compelling executive presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides).

  • Resilient Self-starter: High degree of motivation to go above and beyond, managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously.

  • Highly collaborative style: Strong networking skills across business functions to drive organizational change.

  • Agility: Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. *LI-Y
