Powder Coater - Porter Corp

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Continuous improvement in support of department and company goals
2. Supports, participates and encourages team building
3. Provides feedback, both positive and negative, to the team, other related departments and the supervisor

5. Follow all of Porter Corp's procedures and policies
6. Work safely and efficiently

8. Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

1. This position requires a knowledge of powder coating methods and techniques to ensure a proper application and a quality product
2. Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent

Travel

This position requires minimal to no travel

Computer Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

2. Strong interpersonal skills
3. Able to read and interpret blueprints and other written documents
4. Open-minded to new ideas and concepts
5. Possesses very good problem-solving skills
6. Must be self-motivated and results-oriented

1. Proper application of Powder to meet Porter Corp's high expectation for our finishing system
2. Maintain equipment
3. Keep painting booth's safe and clean
