This position assists with maintaining clean, safe, and functional facilities while also supporting administrative functions such as professional correspondence and record keeping. Key Responsibilities: * Perform low-impact maintenance tasks to assist with building actives * Assist with general upkeep of facilities to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment * Support basic repair projects under supervision * Maintain accurate records of completed work, supplies, and maintenance activities * Assist with inventory tracking and organization of tools and materials * Draft and respond to professional correspondence as needed * Provide general administrative support, including filing and documentation * Follow all safety guidelines and report maintenance issues or hazards promptly Minimum Qualifications: * Current student eligible for work-study * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team * Basic communication skills, both written and verbal Working Conditions: * May require light physical activity such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods * Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
