As an Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) at Johns Hopkins Hospital, you'll combine expert clinical practice with leadership, education, and evidence-based innovation to improve patient outcomes across the continuum of cancer care.



In This Role, You Will:



  • Provide expert clinical care for patients with complex oncology needs.
  • Lead evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and educate nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Develop clinical guidelines, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and nursing leaders to advance oncology care.



Qualifications:



  • Master's degree from an accredited Clinical Nurse Specialist program (DNP/Post-Master's preferred).
  • Current RN and CNS licensure/certification in Maryland (or eligible).
  • Board certification in specialty area.
  • Minimum of three years of specialty clinical experience.
  • Oncology experience preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 58.03/hour - Maximum 89.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
