The Performance Coatings Group's Video and Photography team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented co-op to support our production efforts across a wide range of projects. Additional Information:

This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.

This CO-OP is expected to start in May 2026. During the summer the CO-OP is expected to work: Monday through Friday: must be able to work 30 hours per week and 15-20 hours per week while in school. We are looking for a student that is able to work long term (9-12 Months).

Production assistance

  • Setting up and breaking down equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear)

  • Operating cameras or assisting camera operators during shoots

  • Capturing behind-the-scenes content for internal or social media use

Post-production assistance

  • Organizing and backing up media files

  • Editing video and photo content using the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Creating rough cuts or assembling footage for review

  • Video caption/transcription reviews and revisions

Administrative & Team Support

  • Production gear storage and organization

  • Call sheet creation for team and stakeholder knowledge

  • Meta-data tagging and organization for cloud storage content

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree

  • Must be familiar with video and photography production tools and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Media Production, Marketing or Communications
  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
