In the Supplier Maintenance Team Specialist role, we will count on you to:

  • Manage accounts for HDR's suppliers throughout the supplier lifecycle - new record setup, change requests, data validation for fraud prevention, etc.
  • Collaborate cross functionally and with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and support the timely process of vendor invoices and payments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers while maintaining data integrity, policies, and controls
  • Champion continuous improvement - streamline workflows, enhance TCA data quality, and prepare for future-state solutions, including new technologies
  • Serve as point of contact for supplier inquiries, questions, and issues
  • Audit all requests to ensure completeness and compliance, including the receipt of required documentation such as W8, W9, and/or HDR internal documents
  • Strive to meet or exceed expectations in service quality, accuracy, and turnaround time
  • Explore opportunities for growth and advancement within the Supplier Maintenance team as you expand your skills and responsibilities
  • Assist with additional duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Supplier Maintenance Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Prior Oracle experience

  • Experience with Oracle TCA data structures is a plus

  • Local candidates preferred

Required Qualifications
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and recognize discrepancies
  • Natural desire to provide great customer service
  • Working knowledge of computers and accounting systems; proficient in Microsoft products; Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; clearly conveys messages and ideas, gains understanding; generates interest and holds attention, listens and is open to the ideas of others
  • Highly motivated and self-directed; initiative and a sense of urgency to get things done
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Open to change and new information; able to rapidly adapt to changing conditions or unexpected obstacles; demonstrates flexibility in thought and action
