The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $125,000. Payrate is determined by considering a person's prior experience and competence.

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team within a dynamic pharmaceutical organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across all company functions. This role requires expertise in sourcing talent within regulated environments and supporting workforce growth aligned with company strategy and business need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and HR to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels such as professional networks, job boards, recruitment platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications as identified through discussions with hiring managers and outlined in job postings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure recruitment activities and personal interactions comply with industry regulations, company policies, and employment laws.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting sources, such as LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which is Paylocity.
  • Develop and tell the company story so that candidates understand the full value of employment opportunities with Meitheal Pharmaceuticals.
  • Provide reports on recruitment performance and hiring trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industries; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience recruiting for a broad range of positions (e.g., finance, regulatory, quality, commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up/-through, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong history of meeting deadlines / sense of urgency, aligning expectations, professionalism, and defining and following processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience recruiting within GxP-regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry talent markets and professional networks preferred.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and workforce planning preferred.
