The role:

Entegris isseekinga strategic, results-drivenSenior Director, SBU Leader-Electromechanical Devices and Instrumentationbased in Chaska, MN,to lead ourhighly profitable, fast-growingEMD&I single business unit(>$100Min annual revenue).TheSBUportfolio includesAccuSizerandSemiChem, Liquid Lens SystemsandDispense pumpsline of products.This role requires a seasoned leader withexperiencemanaging complex challenges,developingand executing clear and impactful strategies, and delivering measurablefinancialoutcomes.

What you'll do:

• Developa compelling businessstrategy aligned with BU and Division objectives

• Translatethestrategy into actionable business goals with measurable impact

• Communicate the business strategy within the company and achieve cross-functional buy-in and support

• Maketimelybusiness decisions based on data; take calculated risks to drive profitable growth; prioritize business initiatives based on available resources; develop compelling business cases for investment

• Oversee acoreportfolio of products with $100M+in annual revenue, includingitsP&L(full ownership)

• Manage a team of product marketing professionals whoare responsible forstrategy development and deployment, new product development, product lifecycle management,pricingand marketing strategy

• Collaborate with the product management team(reporting to BU leader) tomanage the core portfolio for profitability and to achieve annual revenue, grossmarginand contribution margin targets

• Interact withEntegrisExecutiveLeadershipTeam (ELT)topresent strategyand investment requests.Proactively advocate for and communicatecritical business needs to key stakeholders.

• Build a high-performing teamandculture focused on innovation, accountability, andoperationalexcellence.Foster andmaintainaculture of customer intimacyand deep curiosity aboutthe markets in which we play.

• Drive collaboration across Engineering,R&D,Marketing, Sales, Finance, andother support functions

What we seek:

• Bachelor's degreerequired

• Minimum of5years of managerial experiencewith increasing responsibility,including leadership of cross-functional teams

• Minimum 2 years of General management experience

• Proven successin growinga business and maximizing profitability

• Strong business acumen and experience with P&L ownership of global businesses

• Strongleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor or instrumentationindustry

• Internationaland domestictravel,up to 50%in a month

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (MBA preferred)

• M&Aexperience

• 5+ years' experience in semiconductor industry

• Background in Instrumentation / Metrology, preferablyrelatedtosemiconductors

• Compensation: $200,000 - $260,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
