Looking to add a Program Manager to our team in Columbia, South Carolina.
Seeking a Program Manager to lead program governance, cross-functional integration, and customer-facing coordination at our Blythewood, South Carolina location. This role is responsible for maintaining integrated program visibility across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, EHS, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, budget tracking, and risk management within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The Program Manager serves as the central coordination point for milestone governance, executive reporting, and structured escalation management. This position also supports customer-facing program reviews by ensuring clear, consolidated communication of milestones, risks, and progress. Success in this role requires strong organizational discipline, analytical rigor, and the ability to drive alignment across a matrixed industrial organization.
