Description The Pharmacy Supervisor is a licensed pharmacist who plays a key leadership role in ensuring highquality pharmacy operations and exceptional patient care. Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager, this position oversees daily workflow, staffing, orientation, and the ongoing development of pharmacy caregivers. The Pharmacy Supervisor champions a collaborative, teambased approach to service, ensuring the safe, effective, and compliant use of medications across all areas of practice. This role is essential in supporting pharmaceutical care services-including drug information, medication distribution, and clinical pharmacy functions-while applying agespecific knowledge spanning from neonates to geriatrics (where applicable). The Pharmacy Supervisor also partners with informatics and medication safety teams to optimize and manage pharmacy technologies and clinical systems. Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
