The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About This Role:

The Senior Manager/Director, Technology & Product M&A Integration leads the end-to-end integration activities of acquired technology and product teams throughout the M&A integration lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to successful integration aligned with Salesforce's Product Strategy.

This role partners closely with Cloud Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Engineering and Product leaders, Corporate Development, M&A functional leaders, and acquired teams to ensure seamless transitions into Salesforce's Technology & Product (T&P) organization. You will shape integration strategy, assess technology environments, plan and execute integration initiatives, and drive successful onboarding of acquired technical teams. Success in this role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong technical acumen.

Your Impact

Integration Strategy & Execution

  • Lead technology and product integration activities across multiple acquisitions simultaneously, serving as the central orchestration point for T&P integration initiatives

  • Define clear integration scope, milestones, success criteria, and "Definition of Done" for acquisitions

  • Develop and track T&P integration V2MOMs to monitor progress and ensure accountability across workstreams

  • Tailor integration approaches to each acquisition's unique needs while maintaining Salesforce's operational standards and best practices

  • Provide strategic guidance on technology systems, data migrations, and legacy product/system transitions (e.g., Jira, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Google Workspace)

Technology & Product Onboarding

  • Own the T&P onboarding and enablement experience for acquired technology and product teams, ensuring smooth alignment with Salesforce's people, products, processes, and culture

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for cloud-specific integrations, guiding acquired teams on Salesforce developer tools, engineering standards, and data governance

  • Partner with functional leaders to design and execute targeted training and change management initiatives

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and maintain technology integration standards across the SDLC, including Path to Hyperforce adoption, spanning work management, source control, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Drive continuous improvement in integration processes to reduce technical debt, increase efficiency, and improve scalability

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RADX, DET, Security, Corporate Development, and other M&A partners to align technology integration with enterprise strategy

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with executives, acquired leadership teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and confidence throughout the integration journey

  • Anticipate challenges proactively and remove blockers with urgency and creative problem-solving

  • Champion initiatives that enhance integration effectiveness, knowledge sharing, and long-term success for acquired teams

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in technology or product roles, including leading integration or complex multi-stakeholder programs

  • Deep understanding of modern developer tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure)

  • Exceptional program management, executive communication, and stakeholder alignment capabilities

  • Demonstrated success leading initiatives in matrixed, cross-functional environments with competing priorities

  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach to execution

  • Familiarity with Salesforce products, architecture, and development practices

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with enterprise SaaS or cloud platform integrations

  • Experience managing integration programs at scale across multiple simultaneous acquisitions

The Ideal Candidate

  • You're a strategic operator and technical problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings structure to complexity. You understand both the strategic vision of product integration and the technical nuances of developer environments and systems. You collaborate naturally, communicate with clarity and impact, and operate with urgency, ensuring every acquired team feels supported, informed, and empowered to succeed at Salesforce Tech & Product organization.
