Food Service Worker - Dishwasher

Full time, Third shift - 11:30am-8pm

Preparation and delivery of off-scheduled patient services, provide high quality, good presentation and highlevel of customer service satisfaction with sanitary conditions maintained throughout service and clean-up.Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition by performing thefollowing duties.

Job Duties:

• Prep work including, washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits along withweighing and measuring designated ingredients.
• Washes pots and pans thoroughly using established ware washing procedures and sweeps and mops kitchen and dish room floors using proper procedures.
• Properly stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotationprocedures.
• Prepares items needed for meals; prepares hot and cold beverages, replenishes as needed and fills and replenishes condiments and all assorted items on the line.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator whilemaintaining all safety standards.
• Operate Cash Register and cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.

Preferred Requirements:

• Food Handler card or Servsafe certificate preferred
• High School Diploma/GED
• One to three months' experience
