Job Title: Project Manager for IAM Project

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Job Description
The Project Manager will lead the modernization of the Franchisee Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. This role requires strong expertise in IAM modernization, migration planning, stakeholder management, and delivery of complex enterprise technology programs-particularly involving Ping Identity solutions. The Project Manager will drive a phased implementation approach, ensuring seamless migration from the current onpremise IAM environment to a modernized onpremise or cloudenabled architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the endtoend modernization of the Franchisee IAM platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, security requirements, and technology roadmaps.
  • Manage the phased implementation approach, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, governance, and reporting.
  • Oversee migration from legacy IAM technologies to modern Ping Identity solutions (e.g., PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne).
  • Partner with architects and engineering teams to define futurestate IAM architecture-onpremise, hybrid, or cloudbased.
  • Ensure alignment with identity governance, access policies, API security frameworks, and global network considerations.
  • Manage crossplatform implementation across Windows and macOS as needed.
  • Engage business, security, engineering, and franchisee stakeholders to align requirements and expectations.
  • Provide clear communication on progress, risks, dependencies, and change management activities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, internal teams, and leadership to ensure program success.
  • Ensure strict adherence to IAM governance, security controls, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
  • Support implementation of consistent access policies, authentication flows, and identity lifecycle management practices.
  • Drive documentation of architecture, standards, operating procedures, and transition plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, workstreams, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Track KPIs, risks, RAID logs, and program health metrics.
  • Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Oversee vendor management, procurement activities, and costoptimization efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in largescale IT project or program management, preferably within enterprise security or IAM modernization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Identity, Access, and API Management frameworks and technologies.
  • Handson experience with Ping IAM products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams and large, multiphase delivery programs.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and executivelevel reporting skills.
  • Experience working in customized delivery or hybrid operating models.
  • PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Location:
