Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a People Systems & Analytics Partner to join our People Team. This role will help build and maintain the technology and data infrastructure that powers the People function at PDW. In this role, you will help ensure our People systems operate effectively, workforce data remains accurate and useful, and reporting provides meaningful insight as the company continues to grow.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working across systems, data, and operational workflows. You'll partner closely with the People team and cross-functional stakeholders to improve automation, reporting, and system configuration while helping strengthen the infrastructure that supports the employee lifecycle.

In this role, you'll report to the Head of People Operations & Technology and work closely with the Senior People Operations Partner and other members of the People team to ensure our systems and data scale with the business.

What You'll Do


  • Optimization of PDW's People technology ecosystem including Rippling and integrations with Slack and Microsoft tools
  • Configuration and maintenance of HR system workflows supporting onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and payroll data flows
  • Creation and maintenance of workforce dashboards tracking headcount, hiring trends, attrition, and organizational insights
  • Ensuring workforce data accuracy and governance across People systems
  • Implementation of automation and AI-enabled workflows that streamline People operations
  • Partnership with Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure systems support reporting requirements and compliance standards
  • Support for HR system integrations and improvements as PDW's People tech stack evolves
  • Troubleshooting HR system issues and supporting internal users across the People team
  • Development of reporting and analytics that support workforce planning and leadership decisions
  • Support for global workforce expansion through system configuration and documentation updates
  • Drive adoption and effective use of HR systems, processes, and tools across the organization
  • Support workforce due diligence and integration during M&A, including employee data analysis, HRIS migration, and reporting on workforce metrics


Requirements


  • 5-7 years of experience in HRIS administration, People analytics, or HR operations roles
  • Experience managing modern HR systems such as Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms
  • Strong comfort working with workforce data, dashboards, and reporting and partnering with a Business Intelligence team for the company at large
  • Experience building or supporting automated HR workflows, including process design and documentation
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Highly receptive and open mindset toward the use of AI in HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to support system optimization in a fast-growing environment


Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift / carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment as well as manufacturing and test equipment, industrial computers, HMIs, and handheld diagnostic tools. Must be physically capable of walking production floors, accessing equipment in constrained spaces, participating in factory acceptance testing, and supporting on-site system deployments.

Work Environment

This position typically operates in a standard office setting and manufacturing environment. This role requires use of standard office equipment and may involve exposure to manufacturing equipment, automated machinery, test systems, and industrial materials. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires cross-departmental collaboration with independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard work hours for this position are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as operational needs demand.
