The Quality & Commissioning Manager leads the execution of Interstates' Quality & Commissioning Program across multiple projects, ensuring consistent application of quality standards and commissioning processes. This role partners closely with project teams to plan and execute commissioning activities, conduct audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements. The Quality & Commissioning Manager serves as a key point of contact for quality and commissioning matters, supports client relationships, and provides reporting, KPIs, and improvement recommendations to strengthen project performance. In addition, this position provides functional leadership and mentorship to Quality & Commissioning Coordinators while helping advance team capabilities and support future program growth. Travel: Occasional site travel may be required. Travel will vary according to business requirements. Travel should not exceed 35% of your time. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
