The Order Management (OM) Quality Senior Analyst (m/f/d) supports the OM Quality Lead in driving quality, compliance, and process improvement across Order Management. This role performs detailed data analysis, supports portfolio governance for OM quality initiatives, ensures compliance with RAR requirements and internal controls, and contributes to continuous improvement activities across the hybrid Order Management model. The analyst provides operational support for quality reviews, reporting packages, rootcause analysis, master data quality checks, and process standardization efforts. They collaborate across divisional OM teams, Revenue Accounting, and IT to help improve accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience outcomes.
Responsibilities
Support daily quality operations, including order accuracy checks and RFT (Right-First-Time) validation
- Execute assigned clean-up actions related to customer/product master data or OM exceptions
- Perform root-cause analysis on errors, exceptions, and compliance issues
- Support the OM Quality Lead in coordinating workload and tracking progress on quality initiatives
- Contribute to OM quality initiatives such as:
- order accuracy / RFT improvement activities
- RAR filed and process compliance reviews
- contract and terms validation
- automation opportunities for high-frequency exceptions
- Perform regular compliance reviews, identify gaps and propose corrective actions
- Support documentation of internal controls, SOPs and process maps
- Support documentation of internal controls, SOPs, and process maps
- Prepare operational metrics, dashboards and data extracts for OM Quality Lead and management teams
- Maintain reporting packages, including KPI dashboards, trend analysis and exception reporting
- Monitor OM quality KPIs (RFT, defect rates, compliance) and provide insights on risks or improvement opportunities
- Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy of all reporting outputs
- Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to order entry, change control and exception handling processes
- Support system testing (SAP/SFDC) for enhancements or fixes related to OM quality
- Document and help standardize best practices across divisions and product lines
- Participate in continuous improvement workshops and support harmonization activities
- Work closely with divisional OM teams, IT, Revenue Accounting, and Master Data teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Provide highquality, timely responses to requests from internal and external auditors
- Support the OM Quality Lead in communicating quality updates, findings, and improvement recommendations
- Assist in preparing training materials and delivering user education on RAR requirements, quality expectations, and updated processes
- Promote a culture of service, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a resource for OM teams, answering questions related to policies, controls, and system behaviors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field required
- 3-6 years experience in Order Management, OTC, Customer Operations, or related discipline
- Experience in data analysis, process improvement, or quality assurance preferred
- SAP, SFDC, and/or master data experience a plus
- Prior experience in a shared service or hybrid OM model preferred
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work with strong attention to detail
- Accountability, follow-through and ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong emotional and social intelligence in day-to-day interactions
- English language fluency required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
