The Order Management (OM) Quality Analyst (m/f/d) supports the OM Quality Lead in driving quality, compliance, and process improvement across Order Management. This role performs detailed data analysis, supports portfolio governance for OM quality initiatives, ensures compliance with RAR requirements and internal controls, and contributes to continuous improvement activities across the hybrid Order Management model. The analyst provides operational support for quality reviews, reporting packages, rootcause analysis, master data quality checks, and process standardization efforts. They collaborate across divisional OM teams, Revenue Accounting, and IT to help improve accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience outcomes. Responsibilities
Support daily quality operations, including order accuracy checks and RFT (Right-First-Time) validation
