Microsoft's Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the hardware infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! CSCP's vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud and AI capabilities at scale. Our mission is to deliver the world's computer with an industry-leading supply chain. The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), sustainability, and decommissioning of datacenter assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is supported by more than 300 datacenters around the world that enable services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries. Responsibilities As an S&OE AI Planner, you will be focused on balancing supply and demand constraints through the Execution Horizon by working cross functionally with data center, engineering, and supply planning / sourcing teams to optimize the plan specifically focused on NPI programs and its readiness to meet the demand. This opportunity will allow you to develop deeper business acumen on cloud supply chain, AI, and GPU as you interact across all levels of the organization. In the S&OE horizon, you will: * Create the AI-related demand plan in the system and keep it up to date * Coordinate supply supportability inputs to understand if there are any constraints which would impact commits * Perform pre-checks to ensure each demand request has all required prerequisites to enable its seamless execution * Work cross functionally to gather the prerequisites to de-risk your demand plan de-risked * Identifies highly complex opportunities and gaps in execution and works with product teams to solution * Own the execution of changes to your demand plan as business priorities change * Define data driven metrics to sense risk to your demand plan and use data to make decisions * Support S&OE transformation efforts across the Cloud Supply Chain * Demonstrates and builds experiences across multiple groups or divisions including working with Software and Hardware Engineering to design architecture and integrated solutions to highly complex challenges * Create and manage key KPI and OKRs * Program manage large, cross org meetings including readiness for the meeting, execution of it, and follow ups as needed Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Demand Planning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
