Kingsway Senior Living is seeking caregivers (HHA, PCA, RA, CNA) to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives. Previous experience is preferred; however, we provide on-the job training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

***Home Health Aides are eligible for an $800-$1,000 sign-on bonus depending on hours/shift selected!***

• Full-Time or Part Time (Days/Evenings/Weekends)
• Part-Time/Weekend Overnights
• Casual On-call: 24 hours per month minimum

Shifts:

• 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Pay:

• $15.61/hr - $19.64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant experience
• Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials ($1/hour every shift)
• Weekend Shift Differential ($1/hour for all shifts

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Assisting with all personal and dental hygiene
• Assisting with meals
• Medication administration
• Interaction with residents

Qualifications and skills:

• Compassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor
• Genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player
