RCM Training & Instructional Designer Position Summary The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Training & Instructional Designer plays a critical role in developing, enhancing, and delivering highquality learning experiences across the Johns Hopkins Health System. Reporting to the Operational Development Training Manager, you will design and facilitate training solutions that support workforce development, operational excellence, and system optimization. This role creates engaging instructional content-including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, videos, job aids, workflows, and web-based courses-and ensures that all materials meet departmental standards, adult learning principles, and Revenue Cycle operational needs. Remote role- applicants living in MD, DC, VA, PA, DE, and FL will be given first consideration. What Awaits You? Salary Range: Minimum 31.06/hour - Maximum 51.29/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
