This leader will set the vision for how DaVita leverages data to manage its most valuable asset-our teammates. This role assumes full leadership of the People Insights and Analytics function, guiding a team of ambitious, analytical leaders to solve the most critical business questions through data-driven insights. As a key partner to senior and executive leadership, the Senior Director will lead a rigorous, hypothesis-based approach for all people-related matters. They will own the department's culture, develop high-performing teammates and leaders, and deliver persuasive, actionable recommendations that influence enterprise-level strategy and create significant value for the Village.
