Hourly Pay Range:

$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Critical Care MICU
  • Location: Glenbrook, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hours/week
  • Hours: Day shift, Rotating weekends
  • Required Travel: No

What you will need:

  • License:Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • Certification:BLS/CPR certification required
  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years' experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred

What you will do:

  • Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
  • Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
  • Would assume direct patient care if necessary
  • Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
  • Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
  • Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
  • Takes lead on clinical performance management
