Position:Administrative Assistant, Infectious Diseases Research Location: Boston, MA Schedule: 40 hours per week, On-site POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a variety of administrative and office support activities to ensure proper functioning of Infectious Diseases. Duties may include, but are not limited to: manage calendars, handle communication, process invoices and personal reimbursements, purchase research and administrative supplies, create spreadsheets, prepare presentation slides, organize office moves, download financial reports, data entry, distribute documents to faculty & staff, facilitate meetings and conferences, and other administrative support functions. The position requires resourcefulness, flexibility, acumen, diplomacy and the ability to take initiative, work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion. Compensation Range: $19.95- $27.88This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
