As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to calls for assistance, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering customer service. Why Join Us: What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Control access at entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization for entry, and directing visitors to the appropriate check-in process.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and other monitoring systems as assigned, and communicate observed issues to site contacts and/or dispatch.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including observing, documenting, and requesting assistance when needed.
- Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation using written and/or electronic reporting tools.
- Perform foot and/or vehicle patrols, including checks of doors, gates, loading docks, and restricted areas according to post orders.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by monitoring designated vehicle routes, staging areas, and contractor activity per site procedures.
- Provide guidance on site rules, traffic flow, and parking, and assist with de-escalation when interactions become tense.
- Communicate professionally with site management, local authorities, and emergency responders as required by post orders.
- Maintain awareness of changing site conditions such as construction, high-traffic periods, and special activities, and adjust patrol focus as directed.
- Follow Allied Universal post orders, escalation protocols, and documentation requirements while maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Minimum Requirements: - - Possession of a guard card/license is preferred.
- - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
