What You'll Do (DaytoDay) * Train directly under topproducing Mortgage Bankers and sales leaders * Learn realworld sales skills through handson coaching and mentorship * Make and receive calls from warm leads (no coldcalling only) * Learn how to use CRM and loan origination systems * Help clients understand loan options and guide them through the process * Deliver standout customer service to clients and referral partners * Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives * Work in a fastpaced, competitive team environment where effort is rewarded Who This Is For (Ideal Candidate) * Bachelors or 2+ years in sales, service, military, or commissionbased roles * No mortgage or finance experience needed-we train you from day one * Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking on the phone * Competitive mindset and motivated by money, growth, and performance * Strong communicator (phone, email, and inperson) * Organized, proactive, and a problemsolver * Selfstarter who wants to win, not just show up If you've succeeded in inside sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting-this role translates extremely well.
