A Taste of What You'll Do

Join GALLO as a Senior Project Analyst - Category Development and turn data into decisions that shape the wine and spirits landscape. You'll gather and analyze market and chain-account data, build actionable insights, and recommend product mix, distribution, pricing, promotions, and in-store merchandising that drive growth across your assigned geography. Using tools like IRI, Nielsen, Spectra, Blue Yonder, SMIS and chain data, you'll produce scorecards, forecasts, Plan-O-Grams, and presentations for customer development teams and senior leaders, while staying current on industry trends and helping establish best-practice methodologies.

You'll partner across functions-sales, space management, COE, and analytics-to close reporting gaps, lead category projects and timelines, train junior staff, and support special initiatives such as set flow and new item introductions. We value an entrepreneurial mindset: bring intrapreneurship, ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action to recommend continuous improvements and innovative solutions. Responsible stewardship of expenses, consistent attendance, and compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards are part of the role. We welcome candidates who bring diverse perspectives and experiences.
