The Opportunity
This internship will be jointly hosted by theAdobe Experience Platform (AEP) AI and Engineering TeamandAdobe Research. Together, these groups are developing the next generation of advanced technologies and user experiences, enabling new forms of creativity, freeing people from routine tasks, and helping enterprises act quickly on customer and business insights. Our teams publish in leading journals and conferences, collaborate with product groups on highimpact features, and explore innovative product opportunities across multiple domains.

This internship will focus specifically onAgentic research in Enterprise applications, with the goal of advancing intelligent, adaptive systems that can assist organizations at scale, while also emphasizing the importance of reliability to ensure consistent and dependable performance in enterprise environments.

What You Will Do
Under the guidance of a mentors from AI and Research teams, you will:

  • Pursue a research problem relevant to Adobe's products, with opportunities for academic publication

  • Develop new algorithms, conduct experiments, and build demonstration prototypes

  • Document and present your work effectively, both in writing and verbally

  • Generate code artifacts and publishable quality papers relevant to Adobe's products

What You Will Need

  • Enrollment in a PhD or master's program in computer science or a related field (exceptional undergraduates may also be considered)

  • Strong research skills and relevant background in your chosen area

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Passion for solving realworld problems with webscale data using innovative Machine Learning and Agentic AI techniques

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $45.00 -- $61.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
