Creative Project Manager (Marketing & Advertising)

This is a 5-month, full-time (32-40 hours/week), remote contract role with PST hours located in the U.S.

Summary

The Creative Project Manager will support advertising and marketing initiatives during a 5-month maternity leave coverage. This is a mid-level, hands-on role for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager who is a Monday.com power user and comfortable partnering with internal teams and external creative agencies to keep work on brand, on message, and on time.

  • 3-6 years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or a related role
  • Passion for the fitness industry, wellness, or active lifestyle with a strong foundation in creative project management
  • Advanced proficiency in Monday.com and strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, proactively identify risks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders


Job Description

In this role, you will manage end-to-end creative projects across advertising and marketing channels. You'll partner with marketing, brand, and creative stakeholders to manage workflows, timelines, and communication. This includes optimizing project workflows in Monday.com, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring creative assets align with brand standards, and proactively identifying risks to keep projects moving forward.

You will also support ongoing collaboration across teams, helping maintain clear communication and ensuring marketing and advertising initiatives stay on track, supporting the overall success of the marketing and creative departments.

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in creative project management, marketing operations, or advertising


Additional Requirements

This opportunity is fully remote (U.S.-based) and requires PST working hours

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $55-$65 per hour

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
