Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing multiple contract refresh submissions, overseeing the execution of annual contract deliverables, relationship building with DLC personnel and supporting internal operations. In addition, they are responsible for upholding the values and culture of the department through positivity and teamwork. The ability to hold themselves and others across the company responsible for meeting deadlines is essential to being successful in this position. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Serve as owner of Microsoft Planner to manage all contract deliverables
o Actively connect with our VA contracting officer to maintain a healthy working relationship o Quickly respond to all communication from DLC in a professional and accurate manner
o Initiate improvements to internal processes and procedures to enhance Government Services business o Provide support to your team, department, internal and external customers by emulating the '1] first, self-second' mentality o Proactively acquire new knowledge and skills through company training and resources
JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
o High School diploma or equivalent required
o 3 years technical administrative, project, or contract management experience preferred Knowledge / Technical Requirements Ability to comprehend technical product knowledge
o Microsoft Office (not limited to Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Word, OneDrive) o Power Bi, Salesforce, Oracle Competencies, Skills & Abilities
Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $64,680.00-$84,000.00/ year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
