As a Security Officer in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes providing exceptional customer service and communication while monitoring assigned areas. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to enforce policies regarding entry and exit, particularly in a technology, media, or telecommunications environment.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and suspicious activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed to address incidents or provide information.
• Remain alert and attentive to changing conditions throughout the location, adapting to various working environments as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
